This Single Estate Coffee is located in Hawaii on the Island of Maui. It is called “Yellow” because the cherry ripens yellow instead of the conventionally recognized red color.
It is grown on former sugar cane plantation, fully irrigated from nearby streams flowing directly out of native Hawaiian rainforests. Very clean water, uses mostly sustainable farming practices.
We’ve roasted this coffee to a medium roast.
Cupping Notes: low acid, sweetish, and mild.
Hints of spice, mild to medium. Easy drinking, smooth & fresh, low acidity. Nice cup that won’t disappoint.
