As one of the largest and oldest coffee producers in Kona, Greenwell Farms is proud to celebrate its history and spread the spirit of aloha with every cup. This fine coffee considered to be “la crème de la crème." The Gesha variety of coffee has swept the specialty coffee world for many years now with its unique subtlety and nuanced complexity. The 100% Kona Gesha grown at Greenwell Farms recently took top honors again at the HCA cupping contest.
Guatemala Geisha Honey Washed Coffee, Nueva Granada Farm - Grown at 4,000 ft. altitude, handpicked, pulped and slowly dried in a special drying facility which it was specifically built for the Laurina coffee to preserve its uniqueness. They call it a unique coffee because it has a different taste than most arabica coffees but again, it is difficult to grow; it is a special coffee and requires proper care.
Costa Rica Tarrazu Geisha Coffee, La Florida Farm - The Geisha cultivar of coffee bean, Geisha is an ancient Ethiopian wild coffee varietal, originally discovered close to the town of Geisha in southwestern Ethiopia. Hacienda La Florida grows their Geisha at 1,900 meters above sea level, the soil is a volcanic loam, and of course naturally processed with drying happening on raised beds.
