FAQs

What size is your coffees?
All our coffees are old school 1 pound (16 ounces) with the exception to the Wicked Jack's Tavern® Coffees (12 ounces).

What roasts do you use?
We offer medium, dark and french roasts. Please check out the descriptions. However will say Baba uses medium roast, which keeps the coffee's natural flavor profile.

How do we know your Jamaica Blue Mountain® Coffee is real?
We are proud to be both the importer and roaster of our Jamaican Coffees. Thanks to JACRA, who embraces the setting of Quality Standards, provision of Quality Assurance and Certification Services. Check out our certificate.


How long does it take to ship an order?
All orders placed before 9:00 am will be roasted and shipped same day, and will be delivered to your door within 1-4 business days, depending on location and courier of course... However if you miss the cut-off, not to worry. Give us a call or email us at fulfillment@aromaridge.com and we will take care of it for you.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use either USPS priority mail (2-day shipping) or FedEx.

What decaf method do you use?
We only use the Swiss water process decaf. It is 100% chemical-Free.

What base do you use for flavored coffees?
We start out with a 100% Arabica base with low acidity. We believe this has made our flavored coffees unmatched.

How to update your payment method with Shop Pay.
We cannot access to your payment method for security reasons.
However, I can see that you use Shop Pay to pay your subscription order.
To update your payment method, please follow these steps:

  • Sign in to your Shop account in a web browser.
  • Click your account icon (on computer find your initial at left bottom, on cell at right bottom).
  • In the Account tab, click Subscriptions.
  • Click the subscription that you want to manage.
  • Do any of the following to manage your subscription:
    • Update your subscription payment method. Changing your default payment method doesn't automatically update your existing subscriptions, so you need to update the payment method for each subscription:
      1. Click Update payment method.
      2. Select or add a new payment method for your subscription.
      3. Click Save.
    • To make a payment, pause, or cancel your subscription, click Manage subscription. This redirects you to your customer account on the store that you purchased from, where you can make changes to your subscription.

* You commit to receive 3 shippments to receive discounts. So, you will not be able to pause or cancel your subscription for 3 months.
