The Geisha cultivar of coffee bean, Geisha is an ancient Ethiopian wild coffee varietal, originally discovered close to the town of Geisha in southwestern Ethiopia.
Hacienda La Florida grows their Geisha at 1,900 meters above sea level, the soil is a volcanic loam, and of course naturally processed with drying happening on raised beds.
