100% Wallenford Jamaica Blue Mountain Peaberry
Another amazing offering from Aroma Ridge is our 100% Wallenford Jamaica Blue Mountain Peaberry coffee. But, what is a Peaberry? Peaberry beans are small, round coffee while a flat bean has two halves of a coffee. This is a natural mutation of the coffee, where only one bean develops inside of the coffee cherry instead of two. The peaberry beans are usually richer in flavor, with only about 5% of total coffee production made up of peaberry. These amazing qualities make this particular coffee sought after and rare.
