Update your payment method with Shop Pay

We cannot access to your payment method for security reasons.
However, if you use Shop Pay and want to update your payment method for your subscription, please follow these steps:

 

Steps:

  1. Sign in to your Shop account in a web browser.
  2. Click your account icon (on computer find your initial at left bottom, on cell at right bottom).
  3. In the Account tab, click Subscriptions.
  4. Click the subscription that you want to manage.
  5. Do any of the following to manage your subscription:
    • Update your subscription payment method. Changing your default payment method doesn't automatically update your existing subscriptions, so you need to update the payment method for each subscription:
      1. Click Update payment method.
      2. Select or add a new payment method for your subscription.
      3. Click Save.
    • To make a payment, pause, or cancel your subscription, click Manage subscription. This redirects you to your customer account on the store that you purchased from, where you can make changes to your subscription.

* When you subscribed, you agreed that a minimum of three deliveries are required to receive the discount. Therefore, you cannot pause or cancel your subscription for the first three months.
