Our Haiti Blue coffee is shade grown in the blue pine forest, and is the same varietal as Jamaican Blue Mountain which is a rarity in Haiti to have that kind of forest cover.
We roast to a medium roast, creating a mellow, smooth, and creamy body. Acidity is low, body is medium and complexity is medium. Roasted almonds, buttery mouthfeel. Sweet, smooth finish with astonishing balance.
